Shipping and Handling
Domestic - All orders will ship via First Class USPS with confirmation. Packages usually will arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer an insurance option for all items. Without insurance, buyer is responsible if items are lost or damaged.
International Shipping - All order will ship via USPS first class*. Packages will arrive within 7-15 business days. (All delivery times are approximate and maybe subject to change) Declaration of package contents and value of contents will be on your customs form. Buyer is responsible for all fees, taxes and duties.

*In the event that your total order exceeds the USPS limits of first class shipping, such as weight, value of contents, etc. I will invoice you the additional shipping charges. Your order will not be shipped until The additional shipping is paid in full. If the invoice is not paid in 48 hours, your order will be void and charges refunded. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of postal restrictions in their respective countries and allow for extra time
Packaging
We will make sure that all our products are properly packaged for delivery. All jewelry (charms, pendant, earrings) with the exception of rings will come in a small glass topped jewel box. All boxes have velveteen pad to protect the jewelry from movement. Care instructions are included inside.

Return and Exchange Policy
We at lilminibites.com will make every effort to provide the best possible service and support to our valued customers. Although we have a strict no return no exchange policy, we do however offer insurance in case of damage or lost packages. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any uninsured lost or damaged items.
